Acute
Dies are the most universal type of press brake dies. Recommended
as a starter set. Make air-form bends from 30° to shallow bends,
and also for first operation set in hemming.

used for forming 90° bends. Forming bends greater than 90°
is also practical by air bending.

Goose
Neck Shaped Forming Punches
These Gooseneck Punches are ideal for channel forming in 2 strokes, or
for making special shapes wherea straight 90° punch would interfere.
Dimensions show width of face and length of return flange. Any further
cutback beyond the center line will increase the length of return flange,
but reduces work capacity of the punch.
General Purpose Hemming Die Set
Hem
is completed in 2 strokes on 18 gauge and lighter mild steel.
General Purpose Flattening Dies
Flattening
Dies are used to complete a hem or to bend to a given degree of closure
a previously formed acute angle. 2 dies are used, both of the same part
number.
Offset Dies
These
general purpose Offset Dies form two 90° bends at one stroke. Sizes
shown are suitable for mild steel up to 18 gauge. Other metals and heavier
gauges of mild steel can be formed depending on size of offset and press
brake capacity available. Dimensions shown clearly illustrate the amount
of offset from inside to outside of metal thickness.
